What we collect
Your Steam identity
Your SteamID, received from Steam's OpenID flow when you sign in. We use it only to know which account and public library are yours; it is not used as your public Arcade name.
Your public nickname (optional)
GamersPilot assigns an app-local nickname that contains no SteamID digits. If you replace it, the nickname you choose is shown on server-verified public Arcade leaderboards. Unsigned challenge links never carry a sender name. You can reset the nickname in Settings.
Your public library data
Game titles, playtime, and last-played dates, as exposed by your Steam privacy settings. This is the data we rank. If your Steam library is private, we cannot read it.
Your settings
Ranking profiles, saved filters, and preferences you create in the app.
Your PC profile (optional)
If you are signed in and explicitly choose to save it, we store the operating system, RAM, logical core count, architecture, processor, graphics card, free storage, and storage type you entered. The public system-check tool keeps these details in your browser by default.
Security metadata
Your IP address and browser user agent, stored only as irreversible hashes, to detect abuse and protect your session. We cannot recover the original values from them.
Subscription status
If you subscribe, we store which plan you are on and when the period ends. We never receive or store your card details โ Polar handles payment entirely.
Weekly digest email (optional)
If you explicitly enable the Premium weekly library digest, we store the delivery email, language, consent and confirmation times, and last successful digest week. Confirmation and unsubscribe tokens are stored only as one-way hashes.
