Will your library run on a Steam Machine?
Valve's own Steam Machine and Steam Deck ratings, applied to the games you actually play — weighted by your hours, not by how many titles you own.
Frequently asked questions
Where do the ratings come from?
From Valve. Each game's rating is read from the same public compatibility report the Steam store shows on a game's page: Verified, Playable, Unsupported, or not yet tested. GamersPilot does not rate games itself.
Why does it check my most-played games instead of everything?
Because that is what decides whether the hardware suits you. The checker takes the 40 games you have played the most and weights the result by hours: one unsupported game with 300 hours matters more than thirty verified games you opened once.
Why is a game Unsupported?
Most often anti-cheat that does not run on SteamOS, which is why some competitive shooters are Unsupported on both Steam Deck and Steam Machine. Launchers and unsupported video codecs are other common reasons.
Is Steam Machine Verified the same as Steam Deck Verified?
They are separate ratings from the same Valve programme, and they often differ: the Steam Machine is more powerful, so a game that is only Playable on Deck can be Verified on Machine. The table shows both side by side for each game.
