Steam achievement statistics
Steam publishes the percentage of players who earned every achievement, but only one game at a time. This is the aggregate: what unlock rates look like across 1866 games and 109,027 achievements, and where individual games fall in that distribution.

Method and limitations
- Source: Steam's public global achievement statistics endpoint. The sample is every Steam player who owns the game, not visitors to this site.
- Sample: 1866 games carrying achievement data in the GamersPilot catalogue, measured through 2026-10-01. Steam refreshes these percentages continuously; we re-read each game monthly.
- Average unlock rate is the mean across a game's achievements — a proxy for how far the typical player gets, not a completion count.
- Excluded: games where Steam returns every percentage as zero (a broken feed rather than an impossibly hard game), and games with fewer than 10 achievements in the ranked tables, where the denominator is too small to mean anything. Steam rounds values below 0.05% to zero.
