Price trackers tell you if a game is cheap. This tells you if you need it — by checking whether you already own it, or a pile of games just like it you never opened.
In order: if the game is already in your library, you own it. If you own three or more games with the same genres that you have played for under an hour, play those first. If today's price is more than 10% above the all-time low, wait. Otherwise, go for it.
A game that carries every Steam genre of the one you are considering, ignoring business-model labels like Indie, Free To Play and Early Access. Action + RPG matches Action RPGs, not every action game.
The Steam price comes from GamersPilot's own Steam price record. The all-time low across stores comes from IsThereAnyDeal when it is known. When a game is not tracked, the verdict is based on your library alone and says so.
